The Campbell name comes up often in Hackensack records and there are World War II veterans who have this name. 

I went to school with a Lee Campbell who graduated in 1973, how, or if he is related, I do not know as of May 2010. 

The short "Hackensack Locals" article tells us Lee Campbell was an Ensign, so we know he was in the Navy. He was home from service and visiting with his family shortly after the wars end on February 3, 1919.
